Each player may hold only one taraph account. Multiple accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taraph ("taraph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at taraph.co and its associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and affiliated services (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement. The taraph Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. taraph reserves the right to request valid government-issued Philippine identification (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License) at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, and all balances will be forfeited.
2.2 Philippine Residency & Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using taraph is lawful in your jurisdiction. taraph makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) taraph account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same mobile number, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. taraph is not liable for account access issues arising from inaccurate registration information.
2.5 KYC Verification. taraph is required under PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to submit required identification documents upon request, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation for high-volume accounts. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
2.6 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use taraph: (a) employees, directors, officers, agents, or contractors of taraph or its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order with taraph or any PAGCOR-regulated operator; (d) individuals who are subject to a court order or legal restriction prohibiting gambling activity.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taraph username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
3.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your taraph account, whether or not you authorised such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify taraph support immediately at [email protected].
3.3 taraph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from taraph requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
3.4 taraph implements two-factor authentication (OTP via registered Philippine mobile number) for logins from new devices. You agree to keep your registered mobile number current and to notify taraph promptly of any change.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. taraph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawal minimums are as specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your taraph wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day. taraph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by taraph within one (1) business day, subject to KYC verification status. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within 15 minutes of processing approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking business days. taraph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending KYC completion or fraud investigation.
4.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. taraph reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account.
4.5 No Money Laundering. taraph strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) or any applicable Philippine financial regulations. taraph is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. taraph reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the registered email address, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection regulations.
5.1 All games available on the taraph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
5.2 taraph's casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested for fairness and randomness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-term statistical outcomes and do not guarantee individual session results.
5.3 taraph reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, as a result of a software malfunction, during a system interruption, or where there is evidence of manipulation or exploitation of a software bug. In such cases, the staked amount may be returned to the player's wallet at taraph's discretion.
5.4 Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. taraph reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, suspended, or whose outcome cannot be officially confirmed.
5.5 taraph reserves the right to impose betting limits, stake limits, or winnings caps on individual games or player accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, where commercially reasonable or required by regulatory obligations.
6.1 taraph offers various promotional offers including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and reload bonuses. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play.
6.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and must be wagered the specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.3 taraph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy between promotional communications and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the taraph Platform:
taraph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold all funds therein pending investigation, and to pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under Philippine law.
8.1 All content on the taraph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of taraph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works from any taraph content without prior written consent from taraph.
8.3 The taraph name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks of taraph. Unauthorised use of any taraph trademark is strictly prohibited.
taraph's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, taraph's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 taraph shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (d) service interruptions caused by events beyond taraph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of nature, or government action; (e) any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
11.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." taraph makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. taraph makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of any information provided through the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude taraph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
taraph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, taraph will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notification on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the amended Terms take effect.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and taraph, you agree to first contact taraph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. taraph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving formal written notice.
13.3 If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. taraph's operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight, and regulatory complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
13.4 taraph's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding where made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules.
